Note: To request a Point of Sale device, you must be an existing Marketplace user with a Marketplace uStore. Requests must be made at least 2-3 weeks in advance. You will receive notification within 3 business days on your request status

You must acknowledge to the following procedures

I have read and understand the University's PCI Policy and Procedures
I understand that I must check the device(s) back in to the Cashier's officer within 24-48 hours after the scheduled event (If event is on a Friday, must return by Monday)
I understand that all users must have their own login to the POS
I understand that all customer receipts must be emailed or texted to the customer. No printers will be issued.
I understand that the department will be responsible for a 2.5% credit card transaction fee (as with any department with a merchant account)
I understand that my department will be responsible for the replacement of any damaged or lost POS devices
I will notify IT security and the cashier's office immediately if there is a suspected misuse or misplacement of the POS devices that could lead to fradulent activity

I hereby state that I am a member of the Georgia Southern University faculty or staff, and that I will follow all the Georgia Southern University Policies and Procedures governing the use of Georgia Southern and University System computer resources and facilities.
