The purpose of this study is to assess your nutritional and lifestyle advice to your clients.
Procedures to be followed: Participation in this research will include completion of a brief 5-10 minute survey.
Discomforts and Risks: There is minimal risk of participating in this survey, slight emotional discomfort may happen in revealing your personal responses to the survey.
Benefits:
By understanding your training and knowledge, this study, upon publication, will allow fitness certification companies, to better tailor training programs to meet the nutrition education needs of you, their clients.
Duration/Time required from the participants: You may complete this survey at your leisure between Feb 10- April 1, 2018
Statement of Confidentiality: All information will be anonymous and responses cannot be traced back to you, as a participant.
Right to Ask Questions: Participants have the right to ask questions and have those questions answered. If you have questions about this study, please contact the researcher named above. Compensation: Your participation is voluntary and you may choose to be entered into a drawing for a Free SCW 2018 Mania Registration to be redeemed by 2018 by leaving your email at the end of the survey when prompted.
Voluntary Participation: You don’t have to participate in this research, and at any time you may drop out of the study by simply shutting down the browser.
Penalty: There is NO penalty for deciding not to participate in the study.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to participate in this research study.
