Welcome to the 2024 Savannah / Chatham County survey on housing! This survey is part of the public outreach efforts of Housing Savannah, in partnership with the Chatham County Housing Coalition, Coastal Georgia Indicators Coalition, and the Institute for Vibrant and Engaged Communities at Georgia Southern University.

The purpose of this survey is to help our local housing-focused organizations to better understand the housing needs of the greater Savannah community, perceptions and attitudes around affordable and workforce housing, and to learn about specific community needs. Your responses will help Housing Savannah to analyze the current housing within our metropolitan area and begin to identify what types of housing may be needed in the future. Additionally, this survey will help to identify specific strategies or policies that can support housing affordability. Your responses will remain anonymous, and results will be presented in aggregate form only. This survey should take approximately 20 - 25 minutes to complete.
