The TTAP Application Process
The Targeted Technical Assistance for Rural Hospitals Program (TTAP) is a federally funded initiative offering comprehensive technical assistance to rural hospitals to address financial and operational challenges.
Hospitals interested in participating in the TTAP are invited to complete this brief application. Applicant hospitals may also be contacted to participate in a brief interview to inform the selection process. Applicants who are not selected may be considered for future cohorts. Cohorts of 4 rural hospitals will be enrolled annually. Each cohort will participate in the program for two years with an additional year of follow-up.
While applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, applications submitted by September 30th, 2024, will be evaluated for selection to participate in the cohort for grant year two. Applications submitted after this date will be considered for grant year three.
The information collected during the TTAP application process is intended to help us know more about your hospital and determine how best to serve you. Please answer the following questions as best as you can. All information gathered will be used solely to inform processes for selecting and providing technical assistance to rural hospitals. This application should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The application does not need to be completed in one sitting. It can be saved and revisited within a 30-day period.
